Your Return on Investment
ICAN serves over 2,000 youth each year from the Downtown Chandler Area with programs designed specifically to meet their needs. In serving these youth, ICAN is making an investment in the human capital of the Redevelopment Area and beyond through the building of skills that allow youth to be responsible, self confident, and productive citizens of our community.
The long-term impact on our community as a result of these programs is critical. The Southwest Prevention Center reports that for every $1 spent on research-based prevention programs like ICAN’s, there is a $10 savings to the community on more costly criminal justice and behavioral health treatment programming had the programs not been provided.
Each year, ICAN invests over $1,000,000 to provide these services to youth and families to meet their needs and build the skills they require for success. As a result, ICAN is generating a future savings to our community.
